Mgr - HR & Admin Location: Greater Noida Department: Human Resources & Administration Reports To: President Experience: 6 - 10 years Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Defense Job Summary: The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies, driving employee engagement, and managing the office infrastructure and facilities. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exit formalities. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.). Maintain and update HR policies in line with best practices and legal requirements. Drive training & development initiatives and performance appraisal systems. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations issues. Prepare HR budgets, reports, and dashboards. Recruitment & Talent Management: Identify manpower requirements with department heads. Source candidates through portals, consultants, and referrals. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding programs. Implement retention strategies and succession planning. Administration: Manage office administration, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination. Supervise transport, canteen, and travel arrangements. Oversee company asset management and ensure workplace safety & hygiene. Liaise with government authorities and external agencies when required. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee records, statutory registers, and documentation. Conduct audits of HR records and administrative assets. Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and other industry-specific standards. Qualifications & Skills: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as HR & Admin Manager or similar role (minimum 610 years). Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and payroll software. Ability to manage multi-location teams and functions independently. Salary: As per industry standards Work Days: 6-day week (or as per company policy) Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (and local language if applicable) Mandatory requirements: Must have own vehicle Must be residing or willing to shift to Greater Noida
