Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Process monthly payroll with accuracy, including leaves, attendance, overtime, and deductions.

2.     Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for salary disbursement.

3.     Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, TDS, and labor welfare fund.

4.     Manage full & final settlement of outgoing employees.

5.     Keep payroll documentation up to date for internal and external audits.

6.     Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit process.

7.     Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).

8.     Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

9.     Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
