Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Patient Relationship Executive to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Manage patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
