Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Engagement: o Be present on the clinic floor to welcome patients and assist them in the waiting area. o Build relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during their visit. o Proactively engage with patients and families to gather feedback, testimonials, and suggestions. 2. Testimonial and Feedback Collection: o Capture high-quality video testimonials and photographs of patients and their families, focusing on their journey with orthodontic services. o Record patient feedback and suggestions after their treatment or while they are in the waiting area. o Ensure that all testimonials are collected with appropriate consent and managed in an organized manner for further use. 3. Communication and Presentation: o Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, ensuring excellent communication with patients. o Effectively convey core values and enhance patient relationships through courteous and clear communication. o Coordinate with the marketing team to provide patient feedback, photos, and videos for use in marketing materials. 4. Customer Service Excellence: o Address patient inquiries or concerns while maintaining a positive, supportive atmosphere. o Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient flow and provide a pleasant experience during their time at the clinic. o Act as a bridge between patients and the clinic, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in any discipline, preferably in communications, hospitality, or healthcare. Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu (Optional), and Hindi (oral and written). Presentable and professional appearance with a warm and friendly demeanor. Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., hospitality, healthcare, or customer service) is preferred. Basic video and photography skillsfrom your own cellphone. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Empathy and patience when dealing with patients and their families. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM 6 PM.
