Patient Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Guide patients through the admission, discharge, and referral process.
• Coordinate between patients and departments (doctors, nursing, billing, diagnostics).
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance, and documents.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update databases regularly.
• Educate patients about procedures, treatment plans, and medical instructions if needed.
• Monitor waiting areas and reduce patient wait time through efficient coordination.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality standards.
• Support international patient care services, if applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic (Freshers with good communication may be considered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient service protocols
• Proficient in using hospital management software (HMS) and MS Office
• Ability to multitask.
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
