Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team at a leading car dealership in Mohali. The primary responsibility will be to sell car detailing accessories and related products to walk-in customers and via outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with showroom visitors and promote car detailing accessories
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (e.g., wax, polish, seat covers, floor mats, etc.)
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant accessories with each vehicle sale
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives
• Maintain a clean and well-organized display area for accessories
• Keep updated on new arrivals, product features, and offers
• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock management
• Provide after-sales support and follow-ups when needed

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or automotive accessories (freshers with good communication may also apply)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Passion for automobiles and a good understanding of car accessories is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends
