Partner Relationship Manager (Ahmedabad Only) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Company Description Join In Campus is a globally recognized EdTech B2B company specializing in international education. With a network spanning 40+ countries and partnerships with over 1,500 top-ranking universities, we aim to simplify the study abroad process for students, recruiters, and universities. Our mission is to build strong partnerships to make studying abroad accessible and seamless. Role Description We are looking for a proactive and communicative Partner Relationship Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an on-site, full-time role focused on establishing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with educational agencies and consultants. If selected, you will be required to sign a one-year bond. Responsibilities Make 10-50 calls daily to build and maintain relationships with education agencies or consultants across India. Represent Join In Campus services to associates in a professional and compelling manner. Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with agencies, consultants, and stakeholders. Actively participate in and lead workshops, events, and conferences organized by the company. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure strong engagement with existing partners. Monitor partner performance and provide guidance for mutual growth. Handle assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by management. Requirements Fluency in English with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A proactive approach to sales-oriented tasks and relationship-building activities. Willingness to work full-time and sign a one-year bond upon selection. Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad. Experience in the study abroad industry or prior exposure to B2B partnerships is preferred but not mandatory. Perks & Benefits Competitive salary starting from ₹3,00,000 per year.
