Partner Account Manager

As a Partner Account Manager at Snowflake, you will play a crucial role in strategically planning and delivering cross-functional strategies to achieve sales and development goals with our Global and Regional SI, Cloud, and ISV partners. You will leverage your understanding of the Partner and Alliances ecosystem to effectively grow and manage a specific region. In addition to driving sales and development with partners, you will also focus on increasing brand awareness and product adoption through collaborative marketing activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify, recruit, and enable Snowflake Partners, including Regional Services, GSI, and Boutique partners. Your responsibilities will include evangelizing, enabling, and developing go-to-market strategies with Snowflake partners, as well as incubating partners to build a sustainable co-sell business. You will collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, solution engineering, and professional services to drive business with identified partners and support joint wins. To succeed in this role, you should have 15+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, or business development, along with 5+ years of direct channel sales/management experience in the data, cloud, or SaaS space. You should be able to design and present business plans, track program progress, and articulate program guidelines effectively. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and willingness to travel up to 25% is expected.
