Outbound Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver product demos to CXOs and independently close deals.
  • Strategize and guide outbound outreach for the SDR team.
  • Target enterprise accounts (BFSI, fintech, SaaS).
  • Use Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator for prospecting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS/fintech/product-based firms).
  • Experience handling enterprise clients, especially in BFSI.
  • Strong outbound strategy and demo skills.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
