Availability: Weekends (as per Oracle release schedule)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated team of Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional consultants to provide production support for a client’s Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. This offshore team will collaborate closely with US-based stakeholders and ensure smooth operations aligned with Oracle’s release cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
• Collaborate with client teams during EST business hours via email, phone, and teleconferencing
• Participate in weekend release and maintenance activities
• Facilitate issue resolution and communicate updates clearly across technical and non-technical teams

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and virtual meetings)
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules including Procurement, Finance, PPM, and EPM
• Prior experience in support or implementation projects preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹57,402.93 - ₹97,175.00 per month
