The Operations Lead plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operational activities. This role is responsible for overseeing processes, implementing operational strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring high standards of productivity and quality. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and process-oriented professional with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operational activities to ensure business goals are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide operational staff to meet performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, HR, finance, customer service) to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
