Project Role :Operations Engineer

Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills :SAP EWM

Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production environment, ensuring that all operational standards are met and maintained throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
