Roles and Responsibility Verify documents for accuracy and completeness. Perform quality checks on verified documents. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in document verification or a related field. Strong knowledge of document verification processes and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with operational analysis and process improvement techniques.
