Job Title: Operations Manager – Healthcare Location: Chandigarh Department: Operations Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, and optimal use of resources. This role supports teams to deliver high-quality care while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across departments including front office, facility management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies. Collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient flow, minimize wait times, and enhance care delivery. Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative and support functions. Lead and support staff through training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety protocols. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration. Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic healthcare environment.
