Operation theatre Technician Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OT Trainer to join our team at GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, Bardhaman. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students enrolled in the Operation Theatre Technology program, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to work competently in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and laboratory-based training on Operation Theatre techniques, sterilization, surgical instruments, and patient care during pre-, intra-, and post-operative stages.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and evaluation tools in alignment with curriculum standards.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical training in simulated or real clinical environments.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
• Support students in skill development, provide individual mentoring, and resolve academic queries.
• Coordinate with academic coordinators, industry experts, and healthcare partners for guest lectures, workshops, and internships.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines in healthcare education.
• Conduct periodic reviews and upgrade training methods and content as per industry trends.

Pay: ₹9,884.81 - ₹25,918.67 per month
