About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and manage our day-to-day logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing fleets, supervising ground teams, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Prior exposure to the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily logistics operations, including fleet movement, routing, and on-time service delivery

· Lead and coordinate with site supervisors, drivers, and ground staff to ensure seamless operations

· Plan rosters and schedules to optimize workforce utilization and vehicle deployment

· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all levels

· Monitor and improve performance metrics, focusing on operational efficiency and service quality

· Drive discipline, staff grooming, and professional conduct within the team

· Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and reduce operational costs

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence

· Collaborate with internal departments to align operational goals with organizational objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations; healthcare logistics experience is a plus

· Strong leadership and team management abilities

· Proficient in fleet and resource planning

· Hands-on experience with operational SOPs, compliance, and staff management

· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work under pressure and in a time-sensitive environment
