OPERATION EXECUTIVE-TOUR & TRAVEL

We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations Executive to join our tour operations team. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day travel logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring the smooth execution of tour packages across Kerala and pan-India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute booked tour itineraries (domestic/international)

• Manage bookings: hotels, cabs, guides, houseboats, etc.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain tour documentation (vouchers, confirmations, tickets)

• Address and resolve client issues during tours

• Prepare reports related to operations and costings

• Support tour managers and handle logistics during peak seasons

• Update internal CRM with accurate travel data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
