Operation Executive ( Hotel )

Job description : Responsible for making hotel reservations worldwide. Liaising with suppliers & hotels for request of rooms as per customer's requirement. Providing Sales support for hotel bookings for B2B and retail customers. Ensuring Quality check on each booking. Required Candidate profile Minimum 2-4 yrs of exp in backend hotels Fulfilment division. Good working knowledge of hotel terminology etc. Excellent communication & customer service skills. Skills - Operations Experience in Hotel Reservation / Flight Booking / Rent a Car / Visa Day to Day reporting on Email Through MS Office Drafting a Letter / Writing Email Fluent in English Preference from Travel Back Ground Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
