Required Skills:

• Should have an individual approach to hire the fleet of technicians and delivery agents.
• Should be flexible with working on the field at least 10-15 days a month.
• Come up with new initiatives to match the demand supply ratio of the given month.
• Should be able to call upto 100 candidates per day as per the lead data from online portals.
• Good communication skills to interview the candidates.
• Should be able to source the candidates from the field and be confident about explaining the fleet benefits to them during interviews.
• Should maintain 80% of Training to onboarding ratio.
• Should clearly analyse the budget allocated and plan the hirings accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹345,000.00 per year
