> • Creating Scorecards (KRA, KPI) for senior, middle and junior level
> management employees (having SMART goal with UOM in cost, quantity,
> quality matrix, percentage)
> • Developing Job Description for senior, middle and junior level
> management employees.
> • Designing RASIC for various functions in the organization.
> • Creating SOPs for various functions in the organization based on the
> processes, dept objectives, and targets.
> • Developing MIS related to KPIs for all the employees, showing
> calculations of achievement, gap if any and frequency.
> • Conducting audits on the above on a regular basis, sharing gaps and
> recommendations to clients.
> • Developing HR Policies, its launch and audits

> Should have good understanding of automotive concepts, tools and
> techniques
> • Productivity,
> • Quality
> • OEE, Cycle Time
> • Kaizen, 5S, TPM
> • Lean Management
