Job Title: HR Advisory Job Type: Full-time Job Requirement - Need to travel to client location for 7 to 8 days or as and when required. Key Responsibilities: The candidate should have Good excel operating exposure, preparing presentation in ppt, interested to learn core HR domain work such as - Designing Job Descriptions. - Developing KPIs. - Supporting for scorecard preparation - Creating DWM (Daily work management) for shop floor people - Creating One Pager Report (daily outcome) - HR Policies designing - Creating various HR Policies formats - Supporting in the assignment of GPTW, ESS, 360 degree feedback - HR Audit and creating check-sheets. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/ Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
