Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Entry Level) Location: Hyderabad, India Salary Range: 2.25 LPA 4.5 LPA Experience Level: Fresher to 02 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Hyderabad . This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in customer service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries across channels (calls, emails, chat). Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve basic customer issues or escalate complex cases to the appropriate team. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high-quality support experience. Adhere to defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Requirements: 10+2 undergraduates or Bachelors degree in any discipline. Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Telugu is a plus. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred. Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, if required.
