Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Online Tutor. The Online Tutor is responsible for delivering engaging and effective online lessons in public speaking and personality development. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, providing constructive feedback, and guiding students through practical exercises. The Online Tutor will also be responsible for tracking student progress and adapting lessons to meet individual needs. Qualifications Expertise in Public Speaking and Personality Development Strong Educational Background; Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field preferred Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Experience in Online Teaching and Virtual Classroom Management Ability to Deliver Engaging and Interactive Online Lessons Patience and Understanding to Cater to Diverse Learning Styles Experience with Educational Technology and Online Learning Platforms
