Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer in Retail Branch Operations, located in Salem. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily retail branch operations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Supervise and guide a team of staff members to achieve operational goals.

Maintain accurate records and reports of branch performance.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
