We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Position Name :

Location : Gujarat

Qualification : BSc./

Experience : 4+ Years and above

Key Responsibility Area:

Quality Control:

• Analyses, monitor and control the quality of raw materials, in-process and finish material to maintain consistent quality at every stage of the process and product specification as per required by customer.
• Conduct daily samplings, sample preparation and testing of materials at every stage of process
• Monitor calibration of lab equipment
• Ensure inventory of laboratory chemicals / glass ware
• Coordination with production purchase and store Dept if any deviation in process and raw materials.
• Check complete product specification of customer.

Quality Systems

• Implement IMS related activities through involvement of team members in the section to upgrade quality standards
• Execute quality improvement objectives
• Conduct internal audit in department
• Ensure adherence of Q.A.P for QA Analysis.

Statutory compliance -

• Arrange and monitor maintenance of all statutory requirements and also comply them. As per standard.
• Update all quality related document
• Collection of data on daily basis
• Monitor compilation of data in the specified registers

Position & Role details:

• To Execute day to day Quality control & Quality Assurance operations
• Sampling & testing of raw materials, intermediates & finished product (Metal, Metal Oxides, Ferro Alloys etc.)
• To Prepare quality & analytical reports, Calibration of analytical instrument & Prepare quality & analytical reports in MS Office & ERP (SAP)
• To Coordinate with cross functional department
• To Collaborate with manager in customer complain and investigating procedure
• To Maintain & monitoring chemical stock and Monitor laboratory housekeeping
• To Follow standard operating and safety procedure and processes, Maintain & monitoring chemical stock, PR initiation in ERP (SAP)
• Hands on experience in wet analysis as well as instrumental analysis
• Exposure of XRF, LECO
• Analytical and Problem-solving skill
• Hands on experience in wet analysis of metal, alloys, slag etc. as well as instrumental analysis, exposure of WD XRF, LECO CS, sample preparation equipment Pulveriser, Hydraulic Press
• Hands on experience in QHSE management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001), certified internal auditor for QHSE systems will be preferred
• Exposure to ERP (SAP), Operational Excellence, KAIZEN, 5S etc.
