Role & responsibilities Advertise and promote available space • Contact and establish relationships with brokers to refer interested parties • Review vacancies to determine appropriate marketing initiatives • Make sure properties and spaces for rent are in appropriate condition to show • Show spaces on demand to prospective tenants • Take care of inquiries and perform necessary follow up activities • Negotiate all lease terms in accordance with established leasing guidelines, working with management and the attorneys when required • Draw up necessary lease paperwork and see that they are properly executed and distributed to appropriate parties, and all pertinent lease information obtained. • Negotiate renewals and prepare lease renewal addendums • Keep informed of market conditions and competitive rental rates, assisting in doing market research as necessary. • Tenant Relation Management • Assist with accounts receivables and delinquent rent payments • Enforce lease terms and conditions for tenant issues such as space modifications and subletting • Coordinate legal meetings for new store opening, renewals, breaches • Initiate legal action as necessary to resolve tenant issues • Weekly, Monthly reporting to be done • Filing and day to day updating of records • Manage and follow up on Teams performance • Formulate leasing strategy for Kiosk /temporary leases • Conduct site visits for meetings for upcoming centers • Meet retailers frequently to understand business • Automatic Daily Sales Report implementation (ADSR) by existing & new tenants
