• Identify new leasing opportunities through proactive prospecting, market research, and networking.
• Conduct cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups to generate and convert leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential tenants and clients.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and final closures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable commercial properties (office, retail, industrial).
• Draft and negotiate lease agreements in coordination with legal teams.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner.
• Close deals efficiently while ensuring the best interest of the company and client.
• Stay updated on commercial real estate trends, local zoning regulations, property values, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on leasing activity, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
