Role & responsibilities

  • Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Invoicing & Financial Coordination
  • Customer Data Management- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and other internal systems.
  • Documentation Support - Prepare, format, and manage customer-facing documents such as quotes, contracts, and service reports.
  • Coordination Liaise with internal teams sales, service, finance to ensure customer requests and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Reporting Generate regular reports on customer activity, service levels, and administrative KPIs.
  • Issue Tracking Log and follow up on customer issues or escalations, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Compliance Ensure all administrative processes comply with internal policies and data protection standards.

  • Very Good Communication Skills, Presentation skills, Project Invoicing, Project Office Management, Finance MIS, BU Financial Reporting, Project financials Tracking, Report Creation, Data Governance
