Office Administrator (Female Candidates Only) Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records. Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our water purification products and services. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to office activities and client interactions. Coordination: Liaise with different departments to facilitate communication and ensure cohesive operations within the company. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative role, preferably within the water purification or related industry. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Other Requirements: Female candidates only.
