Job Description

1. Administrative SupportManaging incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages). Handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. Preparing reports, memos, and documentation. 2. Office ManagementOrdering and managing office supplies and inventory. Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Coordinating with vendors and service providers. 3. Data Entry & Record KeepingMaintaining accurate files and records (digital and physical). Entering data into company systems, updating databases. 4. Financial Support (Basic)Assisting with invoicing, petty cash, and expense reports. Helping prepare basic financial documents for the accounts team. 5. Coordination & CommunicationActing as a point of contact between departments or between company and clients. Supporting HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance/leave records. 6. Compliance and ConfidentialityEnsuring company policies and procedures are followed. Handling confidential information with discretion.
