Invoteo Future is a fast-growing tech start-up company delivering smart home/office automation, security systems, and IT infrastructure solutions. We're seeking a Office Admin to join our Thiruvalla team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily office operations
• Handle documentation, filing systems, and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for seamless coordination
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional office environment
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the management team

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in office administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must be a female candidate, as this role is specifically designated for female applicants
• Residing in or near Thiruvalla preferred
