Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Assistant Trainer located in Patna. The Nursing Assistant Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing course materials, evaluating student performance, and providing mentorship to nursing assistant trainees. They will also collaborate with the education team to ensure the training curriculum meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• GNM or BSc Nursing as qualification
• Experience in nursing education and training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
