level of CSAT within first 0 6 months of services and then a level up in the 2H, Qualifications, Experience, Skills Education and Experience: Level Of Educational Attainment Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline, Previous Work Experience 4 10 years IT experience as Subject Matter Expert in the field of network operations and delivery, General Experience: 5 years of operations experience in lead role as a network operation lead, Should have worked in global network operations support environment, Exceptional at translating and demonstrating business needs into IT solutions which support business processes or required functionality with the goal of business alignment, business support and commitment for financial sponsorship and initiative approval, Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering on time, within budget while meeting or exceeding customer service level agreements, Process Improvement: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, translating them into operational requirements and solutions, Technical Expertise: CCNP or CCIE in Routing and Switching Domain is a Must, Python and R coding experience will be an added advantage, Technical: Result oriented with ability to lead complex network assignments, Acknowledged as an expert who is proficient in network technologies including Campus LAN, DC LAN, Enterprise WAN, Unified WLAN, IPSEC VPNs and DMVPNs, Should have worked on one SD-WAN platform like MERAKI, VIPTELA or VELO CLOUD, Experience on network security platform like PALO ALTO and ZSCALER web proxy will be added advantage, Ability to share technical expertise successfully, clearly and effectively with all levels of audiences, And above all of this, an undying love for beer!
