The Corporate Head of Safety is responsible for leading and implementing the organization’s safety vision, policies, and strategies to ensure a physically and psychologically safe work environment. This role goes beyond compliance, embedding a culture of proactive risk management, employee well-being, and psychological safety. Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from a government-recognized institute (as per the Factories Act, 1948 / DGFASLI). Additional certification or diploma in Industrial Psychology, Behavior-Based Safety, or Mental Health in the Workplace is preferred. International credentials such as NEBOSH IGC/IDip, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
