Safety Head/Manager

Greetings from Ashkom! We are hiring for the role of Safety Head / Manager for the well known MNC FMCG company, position based at Sanand - Ahmedabad. JOB DESCRIPTION Designation : Safety Head / Manager Location : Sanand - Ahmedabad. Experience : 14+ years Qualification : Safety Diploma -NEBOSH RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead overall construction safety plan development and review - Develop and deploy safety standard and practice - Develop and execute site safety management systems, such as Safety Task Assessment, Job safety analysis, critical behaviors etc. - Develop safety training and education systems for vendors and his workers. - Develop project work permit system - Set up good housekeeping system on site - Lead weekly safety meeting - Ensure good and safe construction - Lead safety incident investigation and documentation - Develop and deploy emergency response process - Implementation of P&G safety system for the project. - Conducting daily tool box meetings with vendors and workers. - Develop regular safety report for approval REQUIREMENT We are looking for a candidate who can lead the projects individually as a Construction safety Head / Manager . He/she should have experience of at least 10 years in handling Safety for large scale industrial building construction and supporting structures like Canteen, roads, parking sheds, DG sheds, water tanks, STP, ETP, topographical/ground investigation survey works etc. Excellent knowledge of Construction safety management is a must for the applicant. Good knowledge of working on a computer with all basic software is required.
