Role & responsibilities Compliance to Quality Requirements Review vendor quality procedure, quality plan, inspection & test procedure and ensure that order requirement have been identified and complied with. Review of the material test certificate and ensure the compliance to the customer requirement. Issue instruction to perform value added activities as required and coordinate with the warehouse and expeditor for the completion of the same. Review product test reports, test certificates for compliance with order requirement, identify discrepancies and co-ordinate with vendor for early closure. Third Party Inspection Arrange for third party inspection prior delivery at the vendor or GNE warehouses, ensure compliance to project inspection requirement. Coordinate with the team inspector in DXB/KSA offices and ensure the inspection related documents are endorsed by the Third Party and store the records in SharePoint. Complete all third party inspection within time to enable material delivery as per contractual date. Testing & Examination Identify and conduct test & examination required for compliance of project /contract equipment. Prepare inspection and test plan in line with the project requirement. Select approved vendor, co-ordinate and schedule inspection and testing activities and where required coordinate with the counterpart in Dubai to witness the testing. Issue the Test form /Purchase order with the information as required by the Outsourced Management Procedure. Plan and conduct sub-contractor inspection activities and reviews of sub-contractor activities. Non- Material Requirements Prepare and submit technical documents as per vendor scheduled, ensure on time submission. Ensure customer approval of production and test procedure & other technical documents have been obtained prior production or delivery. Prepare and submit the final documentation (vendor data book) within the contractual time. Receiving Inspection Responsible to carry out receiving inspection of the material as assigned on deputation in the absence of dedicated resource. Review of product test reports, test certificates, Inspection Reports, Authentication letters for compliance with order requirement; identify discrepancies and co-ordinate with vendor for early closure. Issue the DR, NCR as appropriate and resolve. Outgoing Inspection Plan the inspection activities and ensure on time completion on deputation when assigned Conduct detailed visual examination on components; ensure the traceability to ensure that all quality requirements specified in the customer purchase order are met. Update the Work bench with outgoing inspection details and issue Inspection report and Release notes. Records Prepare the MTC review reports, Test forms, Inspection Report, Vas Report in Inspection Work Bench and Issue Final Inspection Release note or Source Inspection Release for the material prior to shipment. List out the documents requirement for the project in DMS and update the status on every event of document flow. Ensure that the MTCs are compiled with lab reports / galvanizing reports and IRC are handover to the documentation assistant. Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained in accordance with Project, Client and Regulatory requirements. Maintaining all material/component documentation records concerned with the tracking of products dispatched and sold to customers. Health and Safety Adhere to company’s HSE procedures and policies.

(Wherever there is a term loan / WCDL facility at the time of limit setting), Limit loading Instructions (LLI) to Treasury team for treasury products & CMS team for CMS products. Insertions (documents received post disbursement). Deferral Closures (post receipt of requisite document from Business Unit against deferral obtained). Tracking of post disbursement conditions related to Wholesale & Commercial operations in DRS as pre-approved”. Handover of Files (All documents except Title Deeds) & Dockets (Title Deeds – Property wise i.e. for every property mortgaged separate docket is a must) including insertions to DMT for further action & receipt of acknowledgement in ET / Register (in case of non-ET transactions, if any). Handover of PDC / SPDC’s to the Vendor on a weekly basis & receive acknowledgement. Liaison with Auditors & Ensure no audit queries. MIS (Daily Reporting, Pending Status, Insertions). Confirmation to DMT for Release of property & verification of the property documents before releasing to customer / RM / customer service. Signatories for issuance of sanction letter are in accordance to the list of signatories provided by Business & Credit Qualification – Graduate / Post-Graduate Preferred candidate profile
