Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Diabetology division across India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, especially in Diabetology or related therapy areas, and experience in leading a large field force. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive business growth in the Diabetology segment. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all regions. Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Zonal/Regional Sales Managers and their respective field teams. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of business goals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards. Regularly monitor sales metrics and conduct performance reviews. Strengthen doctor engagement initiatives and ensure strong field presence. Desired Candidate Profile : 15+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a national leadership role. Strong exposure to Diabetology , Cardio-Diabetic , or Chronic Therapy areas is mandatory . Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams across geographies. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Proven success in launching brands and driving market share.
