Job Description

Atleast 4+ years years of expereince in Technical Dynamics Consultant to build custo mized solutions in the areas of Customer Service and Marketing, using workflows, plugins, UI customizations etc.

Leading the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across multiple versions (CRM/XRM)

Customizing and configuring D365 to meet business requirements, including workflows, plugins, and integrations

Designing and developing solutions using Power Platform components such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions on time

Managing on-premise and cloud-based deployments, upgrades, migrations, and support activities

Integrating D365 with third-party applications using tools like Scribe, KingswaySoft, and REST/SOAP APIs

Participating in agile delivery cycles and ensuring DevOps best practices using tools like Azure DevOps, GIT, and Jira

Creating and maintaining technical documentation, and resolving complex technical issues with a customer-first mindset
