Job Description

Role:

MS Dynamics 365

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations or enhancements.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform and lifecycle (implementation, upgrade, support) functionality.
Develop project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and establish milestones and timelines.
Experience with D365 modules such as Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain, manufacturing, procurement, Sales, Customer Service or others
Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and go-live planning.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and system functionality.
