About the Role

Motion Graphics Expert

Responsibilities

• Develop engagaing

  motion graphics videos

  that may include seamlessly

  combining live-action shoots with animated graphics

  .
• Design and animate 

  2D motion graphics, infographics, kinetic text, and visual effects

   to enhance actor-led content.
• Create smooth 

  compositing, transitions, and overlays

   to ensure visual coherence between live footage and animation.
• Adapt existing assets or create new ones to match the required visual style.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (LMS, social, web).
• Work on 

  tight timelines

   with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Strong expertise in 

  After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro

   (or equivalent tools).
• Proven experience in 

  2D animation for corporate, explainer, or marketing videos

  .
• Ability to 

  composite and integrate live-action footage with animated graphics

  .
• Knowledge of 

  motion tracking, masking, rotoscoping

  , and other VFX techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing 

  fast turnaround projects

  .
• Excellent sense of design, timing, and visual storytelling.

Good-to-have:

• Experience in 

  storyboarding

   and script visualization.
• Understanding of 

  sound design and syncing animations with VO/music

  .
