About the Role:

Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, storyboard, and create engaging motion graphics and animated videos for CRM, product explainers, social media ads, and promotional content
• Use animation, transitions, kinetic typography, and voice-over syncing to enhance storytelling
• Translate brand and technical concepts into visually engaging animated sequences
• Collaborate with content writers and UI/UX designers to maintain brand consistency
• Optimize videos for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Website)
• Ensure high-quality video output aligned with brand tone and project timelines

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent tools like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, color theory, and typography
• Ability to work with voice-over, background music, and on-screen text
• Experience in SaaS/product explainer videos (preferred)
• Knowledge of UI animation, screen recording, and product walk-through animations is a plus

Portfolio Requirement:

• Applicants must share a showreel/portfolio with work examples similar to:

• Animated Explainer Videos

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in motion graphics (freshers with strong portfolio also considered)
• Creative thinking and ability to visualize concepts
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or with remote teams
