About the Role: We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphic Designer who can create compelling promotional videos, similar in quality to leading SaaS and product marketing videos. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and branding teams to deliver high-impact visuals that communicate value, simplify complex CRM and SaaS offerings, and attract audiences across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise, storyboard, and create engaging motion graphics and animated videos for CRM, product explainers, social media ads, and promotional content Use animation, transitions, kinetic typography, and voice-over syncing to enhance storytelling Translate brand and technical concepts into visually engaging animated sequences Collaborate with content writers and UI/UX designers to maintain brand consistency Optimize videos for different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Website) Ensure high-quality video output aligned with brand tone and project timelines Required Skills: Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent tools like DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) Strong understanding of motion design principles, color theory, and typography Ability to work with voice-over, background music, and on-screen text Experience in SaaS/product explainer videos (preferred) Knowledge of UI animation, screen recording, and product walk-through animations is a plus Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must share a showreel/portfolio with work examples similar to: CRM Product Ads SaaS Marketing Videos Animated Explainer Videos Preferred Qualifications: 1 years of experience in motion graphics (freshers with strong portfolio also considered) Creative thinking and ability to visualize concepts Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or with remote teams What We Offer: Opportunity to work on high-impact marketing and product content Flexible working environment and potential for long-term projects Exposure to real estate and CRM industries

About the Role: VortexWeb is seeking a persuasive, proactive, and target-driven High-Ticket Appointment Setter to help connect with potential clients and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Directors) from mid to large-sized businesses and real estate firms to pitch CRM and automation services. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and cold calls Qualify leads based on predefined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Book appointments for the closing team with decision-makers Follow up with leads through structured cadence (CRM-based tracking) Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion Maintain accurate lead activity and appointment records in CRM Required Skills & Experience: 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales (B2B) Strong communication and rapport-building skills Experience in selling or pitching high-ticket digital services (CRM, SaaS, Marketing) Familiarity with HubSpot, Bitrix24, or any CRM platform is a plus Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus) Compensation & Growth: Base Salary (Depending on Experience) + Commission for Closed Deals Opportunity to move into a high-ticket sales closer role Work directly with the CEO and Business Strategy Team Why Join VortexWeb?
