Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Technical Consultant Microsoft Dynamics CRM to lead design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM, integrating with external systems, and delivering enterprise-level business applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions.Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and Web APIs.Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business processes.Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end users to gather and analyze requirements.Participate in solution architecture design and contribute to estimation and planning.Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware.Conduct performance tuning and security management for deployed solutions.Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.Prepare technical documentation and provide support during UAT and deployment.
