Job Description

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional specifications.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules including pricing, order management, billing, shipping, and credit management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
Perform testing, defect resolution, and support during UAT and go-live.
Support master data setup related to customer, material, and pricing.
Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support post-implementation.
Develop functional specifications for WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support.
Hands-on experience with pricing procedures, inter-company sales, third-party processing, and returns.
Familiarity with IDocs, ALE, and integration with SAP MM and FI.
Good understanding of S/4HANA SD preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
