Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Kanpur Nagar. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, forecasting sales trends, working closely with buyers and suppliers, creating promotional plans, and ensuring stock levels are maintained. The Merchandiser will also collaborate with the marketing team to boost in-store and online sales.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Retail industries
Knowledge of Marketing strategies and practices
Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the footwear or fashion industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
