Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager, located in Kanpur. The Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes for our riding boots production line. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing quality control teams, developing quality control protocols, and addressing any quality-related issues. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and customer feedback integration.

QualificationsExperience in quality assurance and control, particularly in the footwear industryKnowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standardsStrong leadership and team management skillsProficiency in developing and implementing quality control protocolsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work on-site in KanpurBachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in international market standards and requirements is a plusSalary: No Bar for Right Candidate
