MEP Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor with a strong background in high-rise building construction, specializing in PHE (Public Health Engineering) and MEP systems. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in supervising MEP installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise MEP/PHE installations in high-rise projects, ensuring compliance with design and codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and teams for smooth MEP execution.
• Inspect and test MEP systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, firefighting).
• Ensure quality and safety standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, local regulations).
• Report progress, issues, and maintain daily logs/documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure workforce adherence to best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-6 years of MEP/PHE supervision experience in high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, firefighting, and drainage systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and international standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
