MEP Head-Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MEP Head to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations across residential/commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of MEP design, execution, coordination, and compliance, with strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP planning, design review, execution, and commissioning activities for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications submitted by consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate and supervise installation and testing of HVAC, electrical systems, fire fighting, plumbing, drainage, and lift systems.
• Ensure timely execution of MEP works in line with project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor MEP progress on-site and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and project teams for smooth coordination of services.
• Manage MEP vendors, contractors, and consultants, and review their performance.
• Resolve technical issues and implement value engineering and cost optimization solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation, reports, and handover procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Total: 6 years (Preferred)
• Real estate: 6 years (Preferred)

• Zirakpur, Punjab (Preferred)
