Job Summary:

As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, within assigned territories in Mumbai. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building relationships in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in Mumbai to promote pharmaceutical products.

• Educate healthcare professionals about product features, benefits, and usage.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and pharmacists.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.

• Organize and participate in medical camps, conferences, and product awareness campaigns in Mumbai.

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales, and feedback using CRM tools.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.

• Submit timely reports on field activities, sales performance, and market insights.

• Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc.), or related fields.

• Experience: Freshers only (0-1 year of experience).

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products (preferred).

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai for field work.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).

• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including early mornings or evenings, as per client schedules.

• Local candidates from Mumbai or willingness to relocate to Mumbai.
