Candidates should be skilled in building Doctor relationships, following up with hospital & retail pharmacies, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 + extra incentive on achieving sales target. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IVF and gynecological products, including their composition, usage, and potential side effects.  Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with gynecologists, fertility specialists, and other healthcare professionals involved in IVF.  Sales and Promotion: Promoting products through presentations, providing product information, and highlighting their benefits to healthcare professionals.  Market Analysis: Gathering market feedback and insights on product performance, competitor activities, and customer needs.  Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.  Event Participation: Participating in medical seminars, workshops, and conferences to educate healthcare professionals and promote products.  Feedback Collection: Providing feedback to the company on product effectiveness, market trends, and competitor activities.  Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a medical representative, preferably with a focus on IVF and gynecology.  Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals.  Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to promote and sell products.  Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of IVF and gynecological products and their applications.  Market Awareness: Ability to understand market trends and competitor activities.  Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the Delhi NCR to visit doctors and other healthcare professionals.  Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
